Step 1

Client Consultation

Discuss role, understand organisation and objectives. Agree the way forward.

Step 2

Search Plan

Prepare and submit brief to client to include details of recruitment campaign process, timeline and fees for consideration and approval.

Step 3

Identification of Candidates

Preparation of candidate job pack. Database search, tapping into network of contacts, market research, candidate targeting, posting of targeted advertising using specialist job boards and social media.

Step 4

Candidate Vetting

Manage responses, initial CV sifting, structured telephone interviews, “Face to Face” evaluation of candidates ensuring adherence to brief. Co-ordination of testing.

Step 5

Candidate Shortlist

Submission of selected candidate details including candidate evaluation report, reviews and Q & A with client.

Step 6

Client, Candidate Interviews

Co-ordinate and schedule purposeful meeting – client fully briefed, candidate fully briefed. Recruiting consultant option to attend interview as observer.

Step 7

Post Interview Feedback

Liaison between client and successful candidate regarding offer and acceptance. Management of reference checking. Debrief hiring manager, providing unsuccessful candidates with constructive feedback.

Step 8

Post Assignment Review

Feedback from client as to quality of service, effectiveness of process and accuracy of candidate profiles to initial brief.
