In keeping with our approach to attract the best and most experienced talent to Caithness Consulting, Eilish brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as a Recruiter over many years to both the Charity and Education sectors, successfully introducing talented individuals across a range of sector specific roles from management to board level.
Eilish is a member of the Institute of Fundraising and has worked as a Fundraiser herself in the arts and with several Scottish Charities and is one of the best-known and well thought of individuals in the sector.
