Caithness Consulting to move into the Care Home Sector

Following what has been the most difficult year most of us have known, the NHS and Care Sector have done a fantastic job, under the most difficult of circumstances. Many Care Homes, for varying reasons, have had to continue to deliver the much-needed service they provide to society with less than their full complement of professional staff.

Over the last 20 years Caithness Consulting has played a key role supporting the Public & Not for Profit, Charity, Social Enterprise, and Social Care sectors, sourcing and introducing hundreds of specialist managers and board level professionals to their clients. They hope to provide the same level of Professional Recruitment support they are known for and apply their considerable experience from the Third Sector to Care Homes across the country.

Peter Caithness, Managing Director, said, “I am the first to admit that working across the Care Home sector has not been our main focus in the past, but it is an area I believe we can adapt to and effectively support.”

Caithness Consulting have a unique network of Senior Management candidate contacts which have been built up over the last 20 years, many of whom will have the skill set to transition to the Care Home sector.

Clients have included the Care Inspectorate, the SSSC, the NHS and most of the well-known charities in the country including Age Scotland, Alzheimer’s Scotland, Quarriers and other organisations offering Residential Home Services, Hospices, and specialist Residential Schools.

Based in Dundee, with representation in Edinburgh, Caithness Consulting have some of the most experienced Search Consultants in the country. They work closely with their clients, managing their recruitment campaign from start to finish, dovetailing seamlessly into their recruitment process.
